These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Services provided by us as Users of the Webstore ("Customer", "User", "you" and "your") and shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Offspring reserves the rights to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you. You are advised to review this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, governs and applies to anyone accessing or using the Webstore. By accessing and/or using the Webstore, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy including any amendments issued by us from time to time.

Register your Account by filling in your personal details and set up a password or through your Facebook account, subject to third party sites and links terms and conditions. Kindly ensure you have read and agree with the terms of our Privacy Policy before proceeding to create an Account with us.

Upon creating an Account with us, you officially and automatically become a member of Offspring.
As a member, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s). We may also send you our monthly newsletter from time to time.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Internet Bank Transfers and e-payments for major banks in Malaysia via third-party payment gateway. We do not accept cash or personal cheques as payment.
You may be charged local sales tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, Customer Services may contact you directly to update your account information.
We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.
SHIPPING
Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)
During peak periods, there can be slight changes in the delivery promise.

• Shipping address is within the Same Day Delivery Zone.
• A minimum checkout value of RM180 in a single receipt and are placed between 12:01 am to 4:00 pm MYT from Monday to Friday (weekdays).
The service is not available on weekends, Selangor public holidays and off-days of our warehouse.

STORE CREDIT
Store Credit refers to credit offered by Offspring to a Customer who returns an item in accordance to our Return Policy and/or credit earned through successful referral via our Refer-A-Friend Program. It can be used to buy other goods at the Webstore.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank or credit card charged. If your bank or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your bank or credit card account in the amount of the charge

Arbitration under this agreement shall be settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (Malaysia) (“AIAC”). The language of arbitration shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be in Malaysia.
TERMINATION
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing this Webstore. The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Disputes, shall survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions.
