The standard shipping fee for orders below RM120.00 is RM8.00 for both West Malaysia and East Malaysia . The shipping fee is subject to change without prior notice.
All orders are processed within three (3) business days once the order has been placed. During peak season, the order processing time might take up to 3-5 working days to process.
Please take note that once an order has been placed, it can't be amended, as it will interrupt the processing time.

Your order will be shipped out within three (3) business days from order confirmation.
All orders placed on weekdays, before 2.00 pm will be processed on the same day. Whereas orders placed on weekends or public holidays it will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that our delivery timeline does not include the processing time and also subject to the courier handling process. Typically, your order(s) will arrive within 2-3 working days on the normal season and it may take up to five (5) working days during peak and holiday season.

This service is only available for orders with a minimum value of RM180.00 in a single receipt and are placed between 12:01 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday (weekdays). The service is not available on weekends, Selangor public holidays and off-days of our warehouse.

You can return any unopened product(s) which includes diapers and wipes for a refund within 7 days of delivery.
For all products, under the essential and home care range it must be unused, unopened, perfectly sealed condition and returned within the specified duration. All the returned items will be inspected and must be in mint and original condition.
However, do note that there will be a restocking fee of RM20 and payment gateway fee that will be charged while the postage fee will be solely borne by you – except for defective items where we will bear the postage and replace the item upon confirmation of the issued defect.
You will receive your refund in the form of store credit that will be wired into your wallet in your registered account.
Please take note that Items marked as final sale and promotional items (free gifts with purchase, buy-one-free one item), it cannot be returned.

3. Once we have verified your details, we will request for you to deliver the product(s) to us. Return address will be provided together and once you have shipped the item(s), please email us your shipping receipt and details.
4. Upon receiving your product(s), our team will inspect the condition of the product(s).
5. Once satisfactory, we will process your refund into your Offspring account within thirty (30) days.
6. A RM20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value for each exchange/return case, regardless of the number of returned products. For example: 3 returned products worth RM100. The restocking fee is RM20 per case. The refund value will be RM80.
Both Product Exchange and Product Return (change of mind) cases are treated similarly. Value of product(s) returned are refunded into your account as store credits which you can use to make another purchase. There will be a restocking fee charge of RM20 for every return/exchange case, which will be deducted from the refund value and the balance credited into your account.
To be eligible for exchange/return, your product(s) must fulfill these conditions:
We do not accept product exchange; however, in case you return the product(s) that is in its mint/unopened condition, we will have its value refunded into your wallet in your Offspring account upon receiving the returned items.
Do note that fees incurred to ship the product(s) back to us will be borne by you, and you may be charged a restocking fee of RM 20 for each return case.

Do not use the damaged products as you may be required to ship the affected products back to us for investigation. For the return of damaged products, please follow the same process as return/exchange products, with the following exception :
1. Please take photos/videos that clearly show the damages/defects of the products.
2. Fees incurred to ship the defective/damaged product back to us are borne by us and will be refunded into your wallet upon successful investigation.
3. You will not be charged the restocking fee or RM 20.
4. Depending on the case, you may receive a new replacement product or refund with the same value of the affected product(s) into your wallet.
Unfortunately, we don't allow visitors or customers to walk into our warehouse for direct exchanges. Due to strict security reasons and Standard Operating Processes (SOP), all orders will have to go through the proper process.
Walking into the warehouse for direct exchanges will disrupt the operation flow and inventory management. Therefore, any direct walk-ins for exchange will be STRICTLY ignored.
This service is currently available at limited locations within Klang Valley only. If the app detects your delivery address is out of its service area it will automatically disable delivery for Offspring Store.

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.offspringinc.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our web store by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer.
Referred Customer. With a minimum spend of RM100 for the first purchase, the Referred Customer shall receive RM18 store credit.
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete a minimum purchase of RM100 on our webstore.
Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of RM18 store credit for each Qualified Referral. Rewards can be accumulated but must be used within 6 months from the date received.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals with an Offspring web store account only.
