REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM
Referrer. A member of Offspring with a Refer-a-Friend program link.
Referred Customer. A person who is not yet a member of Offspring (this offer excludes returning or existing members) living in a different household than the Referrer and is referred to make purchases on the Webstore by a Referrer’s Refer-a-Friend program link.
Qualified Purchase. A Qualified Purchase is a purchase at the Webstore with a minimum purchase of RM100 made by the Referred Customer.
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referred Customer who arrives at our Webstore through the Referrer’s Refer-a-Friend program link and successfully makes a Qualified Purchase.
Referral Rewards. Referral Rewards are payable in increments of RM15 store credit for each Qualified Referral to the Referrer. Referral Rewards can be accumulated but must be used within 6 months from the date received.
Referred Customer Rewards. The Referred Customer shall receive RM18 OFF and FREE 1 (One) unit Plant-based Wipes 20ct added to the cart provided the purchase fulfils the requirements of a Qualified Referral.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. For a Referrer to earn Referral Rewards, the Referred Customer must fulfil the definition of a Qualified Referral
2. For avoidance of doubt, the Referrer shall only receive Referral Rewards for the Referred Customer provided the purchase was a result of an invite from the Referrer via an authorized referral method whereby the Referred Customer needs to click on the Refer-a-Friend program link to accept the Referrer’s invitation. If the Referred Customer does not click on the said personal referral link, it shall not be considered as an authorized referral method, hence you shall not receive the Referral Rewards and we shall have no liability to the Referrer because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from the Referrer’s referral.
3. This Refer-a-Friend program is limited to Offspring members only.
4. If two people refer the same friend, the Referrer who sent the link that is used by the Referred Customer to create the new account and makes the Qualified Purchase will be considered the Referrer, regardless of which link was sent to the Referred Customer first. There is a limit of one Referred Customer per new email address that is registered on offspringinc.com.
RESTRICTIONS
1. You may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to people you don’t personally know to collect Referral Rewards.
2. You may not collect Referral Rewards by posting on message boards or other online platforms in violation of such platforms’ terms of use. We shall not be liable or responsible for any liability arising between you and other platform owners.
RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS:
Offspring reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.offspringinc.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our web store by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer.
Referred Customer. With a minimum spend of RM100 for the first purchase, the Referred Customer shall receive RM18 store credit.
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete a minimum purchase of RM100 on our webstore.
Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of RM18 store credit for each Qualified Referral. Rewards can be accumulated but must be used within 6 months from the date received.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals with an Offspring web store account only.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Offspring reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time
