The services we provide or make available include the usage of the Webstore for the purchase of our products ("Services"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Services provided by us as Users of the Webstore ("Customer", "User", "you" and "your") and shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Internet Bank Transfers and e-payments for major banks in Malaysia via third-party payment gateway. We do not accept cash or personal cheques as payment. You may be charged local sales tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, Customer Services may contact you directly to update your account information. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.

Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events. Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays) During peak periods, there can be slight changes in the delivery promise.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank or credit card charged. If your bank or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your bank or credit card account in the amount of the charge
