Our baby bath & skincare and household products are manufactured in Australia, while our diapers are manufactured in PRC. All other Offspring products are manufactured according to the Australian standards on safety and we are an Australian-Made Licensee.

Our products are currently available in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, United States, Russia, Mauritius, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, South Korea, Finland, Spain, Thailand, Bahrain, Vietnam and Maldives. We are constantly expanding and will be available in more countries soon!

NEVER! We love animals and will never test on them. We are certified by PETA, which means we do not test our products on animals and confirmed that none of our raw material suppliers test their ingredients on animals either. 

Offspring baby bath and skincare does not use any harmful and controversial preservatives that are often used to extend the shelf life of skincare products. We only use natural-based preservatives that are Eco-friendly. To ensure the best quality for usage, it is important to store the product properly by keeping it sealed when not in use, and out of direct heat and sunlight.

Offspring products only uses natural or organic essential oils. The scent from the products are originally from the essential oils as we detest any usage of synthetic artificial fragrance and we also believe in providing the purest skin products for babies of all ages. The blended essential oils that contains in our products are from aromatherapy standpoint, and to target for specific skin benefits. At the same time, the number of essential oils used in our baby products are in accordance with the Australia aromatherapy standards.

Our products have a 3-year expiration from the date of manufacture. Once opened within this 3-year period, they have a 6 months period of use. Offspring baby bath and skincare does not use any harmful and controversial preservatives, that are often used to extend the shelf life of skincare products. You may choose only 1 size and 1 type (tape/pants) in one diaper bundle. You can mix different designs in a bundle if you purchase Fashion Diaper Bundle.

We accept all Credit/Debit Card under VISA & MASTERCARD, FPX Online Banking, Boost, GrabPay, Touch n Go e-Wallet, Maybank QR Pay, etc. For more other payment options, please see the list of payment options when checking out.

We typically ship out orders within 2-3 working days of receiving them, and our courier partners may take another 1-2 working days to deliver.

Kindly login to your account and click on ‘Order History’ from the main menu to view your order’s status.

Your tracking code(s) will also be updated via your email address once its ready to ship.

To be eligible for return, your product(s) must fulfil the following conditions:

1. Return/exchange is only valid within seven (7) days of receiving the product(s)
2. Product(s) must be in sealed/unused condition.
3. Product(s) must be purchased online from WWW.OFFSPRINGINC.COM
4. Promotional/clearance product(s) are not eligible for exchange/return.

You can now order Offspring goods via GrabMart on Grab’s mobile application, and have them delivered using Grab riders for same-day delivery.

Yes, the prices are the same.

This service is currently available only for locations within a 7-10 km radius from Offspring fulfillment centre. This radius may reduce dynamically due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Kindly enter your delivery address in the Grab mobile application to check on the availability of the service in your area.

Typically, it would take 1-2 hours to receive your order

The price rate for Grab Mart delivery is based on distance, starting from RM5

You can place your order via Grab Mart from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This service is not available on weekends and public holidays.

Currently the maximum value per order on Grab Mart is RM 500.00 only.

This service is currently available at limited locations within Klang Valley only. If the app detects your delivery address is out of its service area it will automatically disable delivery for Offspring Store.

*If you wish to have your order delivered to a different location, kindly update your delivery address in the app to check on the availability of the service in that area.

For orders made for Fashion Diapers, the system will select designs at random.

All you need to do is just SIGN UP for an Offspring account and SUBSCRIBE to our newsletter. Once you're done, you will receive an email containing the 10% discount code that you could redeem for your first purchase.

Kindly take note of the following when using your first-time coupon code:

1. You must be subscribed to our newsletter
2. First-time coupon is only valid for your FIRST purchase.
3. The coupon is applicable with a minimum purchase of RM50 in a single receipt.
